What We Believe

Coffee can be complicated.
We keep it simple on purpose.

We have worked hard to build a menu that is simple, delicious, and approachable. We know there are so many choices when it comes to coffee, but we learned a long time ago that the simplest approach is usually the best one.

When you visit our trailer, we want you to have an experience that leaves you satisfied, not intimidated or overwhelmed. Our menu reflects the best of what we have to offer, and we want you to share in that simplicity with us.

You can trust us to give you the same experience visit after visit, because we know that life is too busy to worry about what to order as you stand in line. Let us handle it. Just come on by, and enjoy a cup of hand-crafted, no-nonsense coffee, made by people who choose to care.

When we opened our trailer, we had one goal: provide delicious coffee to new friends and make a connection. We have always dreamed of opening a brick-and-mortar shop, but for now we are thrilled to be serving you from our trailer.

You may have noticed something special about supporting food truck businesses — 9 times out of 10, they are operated by just a few dedicated people, and most often the owners themselves are there day in and day out. The best part of our day is connecting with you and sharing this experience with you.

We appreciate that you choose to visit us time and time again, and in return we always do our best to make you feel like family. There's a reason our business is called Neighbor Coffee & Friends: you are an essential part of what we do, and we will continue to make you feel as valuable as you are.

"Got the iced bourbon caramel latte (one of their specialty drinks) and it's delicious. Caramel with a savory finish, but not too strong to where it overpowers the espresso flavor. They also do punch cards!"
